Renew your spirit at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come stay in the cabin on Sunset Beach with beautiful views of the Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains. Just down the driveway past the host house take the stairs down to your own private deck for wildlife viewing and early morning coffee or happy hour. Enjoy the gazebo on the water for storm watching or shade. Play in the crystal clear water or search for unique shells on the shore. Rent kayaks on site. The views are breathtaking. The space This comfy cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom with a shower (sorry, no tub) and a loft with ladder access only. In the loft, there are two single beds and a pack and play (for baby)that can be brought downstairs if needed. There is a a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot water boiler. The living area has a small table, two chairs, a couch and a small wood-burning stove. Please note there is no kitchen sink inside. However, there is a stainless steel sink (just across the driveway) as well as a small propane BBQ for cooking and cleaning dishes. Just outside the cabin there is a small deck to enjoy the wildlife, drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset . To access the beach and water, you must walk down past our house through two gates to the deck above the water, and beyond that, 100 feet of beach. On site watercraft rentals are available from Ordered Outdoors as a courtesy to our guests. We have given them free space for their equipment at the property. We do not receive any compensation for this. You can place a reservation on their website, and they supply the paddles and lifejackets also. If you have any questions about their service, they have an email and phone number listed on their site. Just a side-note - since we noticed many people bring water to drink. There is absolutely no need for that. We have delicious well water, clean and pure! Guest access Cabin, lower deck, our entire beach area, gazebo. Please note, cabin is an accessory dwelling. Host lives in the rambler home that is located between the cabin and the water. It is an easy short walk from the cabin, past the host home down to the water. Other things to note Please no pets.
