Located just 15 minutes from the GarLynn Zoo, and 8 minutes from the Cut River Bridge, we are happy to offer you a clean and family-friendly location. We have a sauna in the backyard and a pool table in the basement. We are happy to share our family's hunting camp! We did a thorough cleaning of every drawer and light fixture so cleanliness is key at this location! We have hosted the location next door since 2019, it is possible to book both locations for up to 20. The space On the first level we have a kitchen, bathroom, first and second bedroom with the living room. On the second level we have the third bedroom and game room area. You can leave our driveway for an all-season orv trail or hang out in the yard. there is a Wood-Fired sauna, small fire pit with two chairs around it and a big picnic table. There's a small walking Lake, called peggley Lake, very close. Also, Trout Lake which has a nice playground is about 20 minutes away, you can take the kids to play at the Hendricks township Hall, the fire hall area where you first turned on Hiawatha trail. That little Park is public. Struble Lake is a nice little lake and there is a couple local quarries. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Another vacation rental is next door so please be mindful. This is also our family vacation home that has been available on Airbnb since 2019. There is a big pole barn on the property and a pavilion where our family sawmill used to be, but now it's just sort of a storage area. so I don't recommend hanging out on the other side of the barn or under the pavilion area. but you are welcome to enjoy our backyard. Other things to note Please Note that there is another vacation rental next door, this is also ours that we have had available since 2019. We sleep nine over there so it's always a possibility for the future that you can rent both at the same time for a large group. we sleep 11. If you need one extra bed, there is one underneath of the bunk bed in the game room. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi for the time being and there's only one bathroom. This cabin is resided in in the winter months by my father-in-law who owns the place and he does have some personal photos hanging on the wall. Everything has been deep cleaned and even carpet and upholstery cleaned as of May 2024. Each season that we rent we will get everything ready in April or May
