The space The Loft has a modern design with gas fireplace, common area with cozy seating, spacious kitchen with large island which can be used as work area. There is a beverage center to keep your drinks cold, queen bed with private bathroom, TV room with wet bar, second bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A large iron wrought balcony with seating to watch the sun come up while drinking coffee. Guest access You have access to entire unit. There are 2 private closets that are not available and are locked. Other things to note Austin City Saloon in on next block. They often have live music on weekend nights and is always good. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the music. You can hear music until 1:00am from the inside bedroom and I recommend playing white noise if you go to bed early as you will hear music until they close. There is a wonderful coffee side adjacent to the Loft. It serves the best coffee, teas and homemade baked goods or breakfast on the weekend.
