IF INTERESTED PLEASE REQUEST A LEASE AGREEMENT. RENTERS must be 23 years of age or older. RESTRICTIONS. a.SECURITY CAMERAS. The building has motion activated security cameras that record both audio and video located at both the exterior front door and back door. For security of the residence of the building it records who comes and leaves the building. b.Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking indoor is considered property damage. We do not allow smoking on the property period. No smoking in garage, back patio, NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. A $1,500.00 damage charge applies to smoking indoor and charges to remove the smoking smell if smoking occurs on the property will be charged as needed. c.Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. d. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind allowed on property at any time. e.Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at any time on the premises. All occupants will act respectfully to neighbors and adhere to neighborhood rules and regulations including trash and recycle pick up (details posted at the house). f.Maximum Occupancy is (4) persons. A penalty of $300 per person per night will be charged if guest violates this rule. g.LESSEE will provide the names of all guests. h.LESSEE will provide the make, model, and license plate of car(s) used by all guests during the lease period. i.LESSEE will adhere to all Snow Emergency Rules (details posted at the house). j.LESSEE will keep the property neat & tidy inside & out. Cleaning equipment is provided. Lawn & garden service is provided. k.LESSEE and all adults will provide a government issued ID.
