A $1,500.00 damage charge applies to smoking indoor and charges to remove the smoking smell if smoking occurs on the property will be charged as needed. c.Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. d. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind allowed on property at any time. e.Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at any time on the premises. All occupants will act respectfully to neighbors and adhere to neighborhood rules and regulations including trash and recycle pick up (details posted at the house). f.Maximum Occupancy is (4) persons.
