This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own. The space Two bedroom, 1&1/2 bathroom 1 queen 1 full size bed & 1 full size futon. Sheets and blankets and towels are all supplied. The house sits back 500 feet from the road. Washing machine and dryer are located downstairs in the garage. The kitchen is equipped with the essential appliances to make meals a breeze. We have keurig and pods, and tea kettle. The house does have central AC and heat with and extra window unit upstairs. We do have spectrum internet with Roku tv Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house, please treat it with respect it has been in my family for years! Other things to note We do have horses on the land, there is an electric fence so please use caution around them. Absolutely no smoking in the house!!!!! No unconfirmed guests allowed to stay overnight, make sure you select the right amount of guests. We are about 20 minutes from Rivers Casino, Saratoga Casino and The Saratoga Racetrack. Close to Double M Haunted Hay Rides. You can smell Lakeside Cider Mill donuts. Hannaford grocery store is 5 min away, and so is the northway. Just head north if you want to go hike in the Adirondacks!!!! Or go fishing in Ballston Lake, Round Lake, Saratoga Lake or Lake George. And as far as my favorite restaurants go…. Brooks pizza menu online they will deliver Johnnys ( Schenectady Italian) El Patron II 824 Saratoga road(Mexican) Carson’s woodside tavern (steak). Azuma(sushi) Lots of bike paths and walking trails nearby.
