The country setting allows for parking a trailer if you’re towing a boat or a raft for water fun. Located near Area 61 Pub House; with multiple Food Trucks, My Place; for cocktails and gourmet, yet REASONABLY PRICED food truck, Taco Mania; Mexican Food, Baldini’s Restaurant & Bar; long time family owned ‘Icon,’ you’re sure to have a good experience. The space Our Property is located on top of a mountain in Merlin/Grants Pass. It has a stunning view. We have free range chickens🐓 so watch for land mines. You are welcome to look around and may even have a chance to feed the deer Koi Pond under construction. Keep in mind that this is a 400’ sq ft apartment and poor reviews based on size are not appropriate as it’s in the description. Thank you and enjoy. Guest access You are welcome to walk the property, but don’t come into, or let the 🐶 Dogs 🐕 out of, the gated area. One of them is a runner. Behind your apartment there are stairs that take you up the hill. I suggest you go up and check out the view of the mountain ranges. Great place to watch the sunset as well There is a deck behind the main house, behind the apple tree that you are welcome to use… Koi Pond is currently under going repair Other things to note Free Range Fresh 🍳 Eggs may be purchased for $5 a dozen or $3 half dozen. Subject to availability. Leave money on kitchen counter. Anything in the suite is for your use. Oil, spices, oatmeal, condiments, sugar etc. please use parchment paper when using aluminum cookie sheets or baking dishes
