Our villa is ideally located in a upscale secure gated neighbourhood adjacent to Spanish Water less then 10 min drive to Jan Thiel & 15 mins Mambo & Tugboat beaches. Central to great restaurants, supermarkets, excursions and a quick 20 min drive to downtown Willemstad. Electricity /water/wifi & free parking INCLUDED in your stay. Stay with us in our unique Spanish style Caribbean villa with private pool and beautiful gazebo. Walk out to the pool from the back bedrooms? Yes please! Before we begin.......***Please note that during your stay, we the owners, live in the apartment located directly under the villa with our 2 large dogs ( see pictures). We have a separate entrance. **Rest assured you'll have lots of privacy due to the build of the house. We have a separate entrance downstairs. +++Our villa is not suitable if you or any guests coming have dog allergies. We LIVE in the villa with our dogs when it is NOT rented out. Let's move on......There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( 2 King/1 Queen). Suitable for up to 6 guests. Bedrooms have air conditioning. Two of the three bedrooms are steps to the pool. Our gazebo can be enjoyed day and night. The kitchen is stocked to have what you need to enjoy for your stay. Enjoy alfresco dining in our gorgeous gazebo or by the pool. Guests can use the propane BBQ during their stay. ****The Villa**** *Private pool with sun beds....the pool is for you & your guests. *Hot water in both bathroom showers *Multiple ceiling fans in the main area of the villa to keep the main living area cool (living room, kitchen , hall). *Cozy living room with Samsung Smart TV with international channels/movies /series. Ability to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime from with your own account. *The front door and kitchen windows have screens to *help* keep bugs out. *Bedrooms* The spacious master bedroom features a king bed & private bathroom with shower. The pool is steps away from the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed & is steps to the pool from the bedroom. The main bathroom is just outside this bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is located just off the living room. It has a queen bed and french doors that open to the front balcony. It has air conditioning, curtains and a rolling blind for privacy. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share the main bathroom. ****Love this villa but looking for a smaller space? Other things to note We are available should you need us for anything. **Our dogs DON'T have access to the villa when being rented. Yes they do bark*** Choose us if you want a beautiful and safe gated neighbourhood, to meet a nice family who lives here (that's us!) , almost everything within a short drive ( except the western beaches) and know we are around if you need us.....also if you are dog people and miss your dog at home you can meet our dogs! Remember nice people and good old fashion customer service......it's here! We want you to love Curacao as much as we do! **Babysitting is available in the villa for an extra fee. We know parents need some time to themselves! **The house is not child proofed for small children** **Tap water is safe to drink in Curacao. There is no hot water in the kitchen or the washing machine. Tap water is always warm. Cold drinking water comes out of the dispenser in the fridge :)
