Brand new build 2024! Peaceful farmhouse style cabin on a private 13 acre wooded lot. Hiking trails throughout. Upper mill creek can be accessed from the property. The property joins the Genesee preserve, where you can hike to a waterfall. Cornhole boards are provided. In the exterior pictures you’ll see a sign that says “Cabin Rentals” you will want to look for that at the road, and take the lower driveway, all the way out back to the cabin. The space You’ll find a queen bed in the loft, the bunk beds are twin xl, and are on the main floor. There is a full kitchen, & full bath with custom tile shower. There is a couch in the living room. A dinning bar with two bar stools is just off the kitchen. Out side there is a charcoal grill ( bring your own charcoal) a picnic table, fire pit & dedicated corn hole space ( boards and bags are supplied) all lit up at night with string lights. Guest access The guests have full access of the cabin and the trails on the wooded 13 acres. Guests can also access the Genesee preserve property, where you can hike to a beautiful waterfall. when arriving at the property look for the (Pine Ridge Properties) sign at the road, take the lower driveway all the around the pond. follow the driveway through the field, and enter the woods. the Haley cabin will be the first cabin you come too. you can park right in the drive way in front of the cabin. Other things to note Letchworth state park is about a 25 minute drive. Stoney Brook State park is just a few miles. Both parks are great for sightseeing and hiking. Downtown Dansville also has Battle Street Brewery, and many great restaurants.
