Amazing and spacious house in the best neighborhood of Oaxaca. 4 bedroom house with incredible mountain views. This house has it all: close to downtown (15 minutes by taxi), two kitchens (one inside the house and other outside with a great grill), large heated pool, grill area. The house is located in what is considered as the most exclusive area of Oaxaca city: San Felipe del Agua. Great for families and big groups, sleeps up to 10 persons. The space The house has amazing views to the Oaxaca hills and was designed in the style of one of the most renowned contemporary Mexican arquitects: Luis Barragan. It is located in a gated community in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Oaxaca. Each room has its own spacious bathroom and there are also two half bathrooms: one by the livingroom and one for the grill area. Enjoy beautiful evenings by viewing the Oaxaca hills from one of our dining areas (three) or have a nice afternoon at the rooftop terrace. It has two kitchens and spacious dining areas. Perfect for having a good family time. Heated pool and chimney. Enjoy delicious Oaxacan meals prepared by our in house cook. Private driver and car are available. These two services are optional and are not included in the rent. Feel free to ask for service fares. Guest access You can use pretty much all the house. The house has 1500 square meters of construction. The house is located in a small gated community. The main community door is closed at 11:00 PM so it is necessary to open it manually with the key that will be handed to you in the event that you arrive after that time. The lady cook and housekeeper lives in the service room of the house with her daughter. The service room has an independent entrance to the rest of the house. Daily cleaning service is available (extra fee). Washing and drying machines available. Other things to note Daily cleaning service is not included in the rent, only the check out cleaning service. We provide a free cleaning service for stays that are a minimum of 7 days. Extra cleaning services have to be required at least a day in advance. Cost per extra cleaning service is 70 usd per cleaning service. The housekeeper is not allowed to go into the main house unless required by the guest. We employ a housekeeper and cook that sleeps in a service room that is outside and independent from the house, but within the grounds of the property. The housekeeper room has an independent entrance so there will not be any interaction with the employees unless required. Our house employees will provide the check in, show the house and door keys upon arrival. It is important to text me once you have checked in and upon checking out so that we know the check in and check out process has been made. Our housekeeper is at the property 24/7 to tale care of last minute issues. As your host it is important to message me if you need anything while on the property. I am always available in my cell phone. The housekeeper is to water the plants of the patio (by the pool area). The pool maintenance team will clean the pool on a regular basis. Our guests privacy and comfort is paramount to us so please mention to us if you have any preference as for the outside working hours of our employees. Visitors to our guests are allowed in the property but have to pay the extra person fee. The extra person fee applies when there are more than 7 persons in the house (guests included). We have to be notified of the arrival of visitors before they arrive so that we can process the extra person fee (35 usd per extra person and per night or days visited). Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. There will be a penalty charge equivalent to a night’s rent for guests that smoke inside the house. Smoking in the patio or in the outside area is allowed. The washing and drying machines are located at the service rooms. Our housekeeper can provide instructions or handle the washing and drying service if required (extra cost if housekeeper is required). The cleaning lady is also a great Oaxaca cook (house meals and regional dishes). Cooking services per day is 55 USD. This fee does not include the groceries costs. If required supermarket can also be done for the guests. That is a 25 USD service per supermarket drive. Private driver and car service is available upon request (not included in the rent). Driver’s fee and rental car depends on the distance traveled and time required.
