Kitchen has all of the amenities of home and more. Large back deck area great for enjoying family fun. Two pools to enjoy and one is near the front entrance of condo. Wifi and smart TVs in Primary bedroom & family room. Gated community with tennis, pickleball and basketball area. (2) Grilling areas and (2) Pools. Easy walk to the beach access and short walk to the Pointe where the Atlantic ocean merges with Bogue Sound. Shopping and Restaurants are just 2 miles away. Guest access When arriving to condo entrance from Coast Guard Rd. on the Gate keypad, enter this code #4102 (be sure to hit the pound/hash symbol. This will call my cell phone and can have it opened. Once you enter into the condo unit, there is one gate key to use during the week. Along with the gate key is key to our Washer/dryer that is to the left of Front door entry from outside. Please keep keys together during stay and hang on hook in front foyer. Plenty of parking at condo. There are two pools and two sets of BBQ grill areas to use. Other things to note Great part of EI where the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Easy access to the beach with rolling sand dunes. Enjoy walks, collect shells and nature around you.
