There is NO elevator access. Early check-in/ or late check-out may be available upon request. Fee for an extra parking pass will be $50 (there is one parking pass per reservation). Also, to ensure the home is ready and timely for the next guest please help out by doing these few things. •load the dishwasher but do not start. •leave all used beds unmade. •put used towels in washer, do not start the load. •put trash in the trash can on the outside of the apartment door. 1-This community enforces quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. It is important that we abide by these same rules inside of the unit. 2- No pets allowed, there is a $500 fee if found to have a pet inside the unit. 3-No smoking inside the unit, if found $200 fee. 4- Additional $150 fee if key fob is lost. 5-Not to be used for commercial purposes, no photo or video shoots. 6-All building events are for residents only and are off limits during your stay. 7-Building staff (leasing office and maintenance staff) are not affiliated with your stay and are not available to you during your stay. Guest agree to contact us directly when any issue arise. 8-No unregistered guest without prior approval and number of guest may not exceed the number of guest listed on the reservation. 9-No bookings on behalf of others.
