Bi-level home with two decks and wrap-around ocean views. Nature is present: hawks, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and owls. The home has 4 bedrooms -3 are set up as bedrooms and 1 office. There are 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a bonus living room ( or office). **30-day Minimum stay.** The space The space on the first floor/entry, you will be confronted with demonstrative and unobstructed ocean and island views, which beckons you to the first-floor balcony. From there, you will be mesmerized by the expansive views and fresh ocean air. The home is calming and affords all the luxuries of spacious, relaxing, open living, including indoor and outdoor balcony access and a cozy fireplace. The upstairs living room couch is great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. To the southwest side of the home on the first floor is a private office, guest bath with bathtub, second bedroom, and main bedroom/bath; all rooms have views. The main bedroom enjoys an ocean view, direct balcony access, the sounds of the ocean waves at night, a spacious closet, and an updated bathroom. Downstairs, you will find an additional living room/bonus room area with balcony access, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The downstairs layout is similar to a private one-bedroom space (with a living area, bedroom, and bath). Enjoy the outdoor decks for morning coffee or evening cocktails, a ground-level patio, and a garden area. There are 2 fireplaces- one in each living room. Other accommodations include a new washer/ dryer, practically new dishwasher and refrigerator, blow dryer, cotton sheets and towels, comfortable beds, clothes hangers, high-speed internet, and free parking. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Great location! Quiet and removed yet walkable to shops and restaurants, parks and walking trails. Guest access You will have access to the entire living area and garage, which accommodate two small cars. Street parking is available for up to 72 hours. The property/yard area is also enchanting and serene, which is an appreciated feature. Other things to note Other things to note Trash cans are in the garage and are picked up by trash services on Fridays. There are bins for recycling, trash, and yard debris. The trash services will access the garage to empty the trash. There is a Gardener who comes twice per month around midday for approximately 45 minutes and uses a blower, so there would be noise during that time. It is typically but not always on Mondays. Because the length of stay is at least 30 days, the owner may need to access the interior or exterior for required unforeseen maintenance but would provide 24-hour notice.
