Other things to note This unit is on the 1st floor We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the pool, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. Please note that the bathtub has some chipped paint, and parts of the bathroom wall require recaulk. We are currently addressing these maintenance concerns. Additionally, because the bathtub is older, it may take a bit longer to drain. However, it is still fully functional. Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the area. We will request for vehicle information on the day of your check in to register your vehicle for parking in the parking lot. It is guest responsibility to provide this information accurately and in a timely manner to allow proper registration of vehicle for parking. Hosts are not liable for any issues with parking. Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. There is ongoing plumbing construction behind building 1, which may be heard from some buildings during the daytime. Maintenance may access the back patio area through the side gate. We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish. As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight.
