Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Loads of natural light! This is a lived in home, and we rent it when we are gone. Has everything you need! We do have a dog that lives in the home with us. Enjoy choosing a fun game from our big game cabinet! The finished basement is perfect for movie nights or watching sports, and is a kids play paradise with oodles of toys and even a ball pit!! Lots of options to satisfy coffee lovers at the coffee bar in the kitchen! The space The main floor offers a spacious kitchen and dining area combo with a table that can seat 8-10 people. There is a large coffee bar with everything a coffee lover could want! An adjacent room has another dining table that can seat 6 comfortably. This room is perfect for kids crafting/projects/coloring. The main floor living room has very tall ceilings and windows and is perfect for chilling and talking or watching TV. There is a main floor laundry room and the primary ensuite bedroom/bathroom are also on the main floor. There is space in the primary bedroom to put a pack'n'play if needed. Upstairs are two available bedrooms and a full bathroom - one bedroom with a twin bed, the other with a twin bunk bed setup. The finished basement is spacious with room for kids to play, oodles of toys and games, and a 75" HDTV to enjoy a movie, show, or sports. The TV is enclosed so the kids can throw stuff and you don't have to worry about it getting damaged! The non-conforming bedroom in the basement has a queen size bed, and easy access at the top of the stairs to the half bathroom on the main floor. The basement also has plenty of room for air mattresses if you need additional sleeping spots! There are two spots to sit and enjoy a beverage or a meal outside: the front porch or the back deck. The back deck has automatic lighting on the rails that give it a very relaxing ambiance after dark! The backyard is fully fenced with room for kids to run around, and there is a trampoline available as well. There is space in the garage to park one vehicle, and four vehicles can comfortably fit on the driveway. Guest access One room upstairs will be locked and off limits. The garage is also not accessible during your stay. Other things to note Because this is our primary residence that we only rent occasionally, there is very little closet space and no dresser space for guests. We have two queen size air mattresses and a twin size air mattress available upon request. The bedroom with the queen bed is in the basement and is technically a “non-conforming” bedroom because it has no window. We only have it listed as available on Friday and Saturday nights, but if you want a longer stay, message us directly to inquire about availability.
