When both units are occupied, 2 parking spots are for Unit B. What you should know: Only 2 vehicles are allowed within the gates at any point, whether you have other guests just visiting for the day or staying overnight. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and walk or be shuttled in. If renting for more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.
