The space The outdoor space includes beautiful landscaping in front with a large driveway to park. In the back enjoy the large fenced backyard that features a covered screened porch, brick patio, a gazebo with sitting area, Smart TV, lounge chairs to sit and watch the colorful sunsets, is really a great entertainment space with breathtaking lake view. Inside features: - 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths; large master bedroom with en-suite bath with double vanities and large closet. All four bedrooms are upstairs, providing a cozy retreat for peaceful nights. If you are a family with kids send your kids to the upper living while you relax on the mail level, a child gate may be installed on the stairs as per guest requests. Also upstairs features a relaxing loft space with plenty sitting area where you can not only enjoy the view of the lake but is perfect for movie nights. -All stairs and upstairs have carpet, please TAKE SHOES OFF when going upstairs. -Downstairs offers plenty of entertainment space starting with an elegant kitchen fully stocked with essential cookware and large island, spacious dining area for larger meals, a kitchen table and an island for casual dining. Also offers a cozy living room. -There is 3 Smarts TV’s inside -Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board) and more. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and towels *The neighborhood offers a community pool that is only open in Summer season (Please confirm pool season dates with host prior booking). *We use security cameras with video recording system that has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. *The neighborhood quiet hours are between 9pm--8am. If guests are too loud and the police are called to the property, we reserve the right to terminate your accommodations immediately without refund. We take this seriously because we want to continue welcoming guests to the city.
