The house has a 14 person dining room table and can accommodate up to 14 people with: 4 bedrooms; 1 study with a convertible couch; & 2 Murphy beds. Above 8 guests, we charge an additional fee. ADULTS ONLY - we are not comfortable hosting kids. NOTE: construction is in progress on our outdoor kitchen. The space The house has smart systems to make it comfortable and easy to use: All bedrooms have smart frame TVs and automated shades. All rooms have a Sonos sound system and lighting automation. The HD projector leverages an Apple TV (we also have a Karaoke set up that you can use with the apple sing feature.) The house uses a Geo Thermal system for heating cooling and hot water.
