Kitchenette offers a full fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, hot pot (for tea), tea bags, air fryer, plates, glass cups, and paper plates, silverware, plastic cups, flatware, napkins, paper towels, and snacks. Smoking is permitted outside only. Guest access Guest have access to 20x40 concrete swimming pool (with pool lights for night time swimming) and loungers. Large pergola offers patio dining table seating for 6, with addition patio sofa for extra seating as well. Pool is only open from May - September (it is not a heated pool). Other things to note Nice size living room with TV that offers Netflix connection. Second floor is a large “loft” with a wall that separates the two rooms. Master bedroom offers a queen bed and a rollaway cot (if needed). The second bedroom has two twin beds. Again, this is a large “loft” sleeping area with a wall that divides the master from the kids room. Pack and Play also available. Sleeps five comfortably. There’s a $30.00 fee for extra guest. A $10.00 fee per pets with a limit of two and under 50 pounds.
