Guest access When you arrive to the property park next to the carport, at your left there is a access door to the apartment, located downstairs, (BASEMENT) just press the code on the keypad to get in. There is second door for your full privacy, you have to keep the set of keys all the time with you and leave at the door when you check out. You can use all the spaces are shown in the listing,including exterior relaxing areas as a patio fire pit and deck. Please let us know in advance you will use the exterior areas. There are 4 doors in the apartment that are locked such as DEPOSIT, PIPES, A/C ROOM and LINEN CLOSET. Please don’t try to open them. Other things to note If you want to use the exterior areas such a patio deck or fire pit let us know in advance and/or when booking the place.
