Enjoy the sunroom living space with TV, NOTE sunroom is not heated year round. Patio dining with grill. Full finished basement with additional kitchen, living space, pool table and Foosball table. Watch countless DVDs or use the workout room. Guest access Please note - fireplace in basement is not functional Other things to note NO PARTIES Violating our no-party rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted. NO SMOKING No smoking in or around the residence. This includes but not limited to the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you do smoke it must be done outside. Do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground. VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are for the enjoyment of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Breaking this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. HOUSEKEEPING: If any consumable ie dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc.. runs out during your stay please contact us and we will bring replacements as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping.
