The living space has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen flowing into the living area, with a dining table that looks out at mountain views. The dining table can easily be pulled away from the wall to accommodate 4 people. This ground level apartment has a patio that gets amazing morning sunshine - a perfect place to soak up some sun and gaze at the Twin Dewey Peaks as you sip on your coffee. Guest access The apartment is located on the lower level of the unit. There are a few small step to get into this ground level unit. Keyless entry code will be provided at check-in. There is 1 parking space in front for guests, if additional parking is required, we request that you park on the street, north of the alley. Guests are welcome to relax on the front deck. Other things to note There may be guests in the unit above, and the hosts live in the home next door. This is a family friendly property and we request that quiet time hours and non-smoking rules are strictly adhered to.
