Other things to note NO PARTIES. The house is monitored by noise level detection and will alert me of any crowd gatherings. Each additional guest not on booking caught on the premises will result in an additional fine of $100 per person and immediate removal from the property. Any tampering of the noise monitor will result in a $500 fine. The noise monitor will alert me if disconnected from its mounting plate or if the button is pressed. No smoking .If you are caught inside the unit, there will be a $1,000 fine.
