An hour and a half from Montreal. Also minutes from the UVM medical center, Gutterson Fieldhouse, and Patrick Gym. Also walking trails and pickleball nearby. Unit is approx. 800 sq ft The space This unit has its own private entrance. The newly renovated bathroom has a beautiful new shower, that due to drainage and gravity is a little tall. Please watch your step. There also is a decorative curtain in the bathroom- hiding our hot water tank. The studio is in the walkout basement of our townhouse. We have an end unit. Other things to note Due to the unit being part of a condo association, guests will only have one parking space available for their use. Street parking is available during summer months for additional parking. No pets. Must be 25 yo to book our studio.
