A large common area screened in barn has a 65" TV with Dinning for 8, including a wicker seating for family gatherings. There is also a large fire pit for night time fun The space NO PETS: Though we love animals, the owner is highly allergic to pet hair. You will find our beautiful cottage ON the Lake. Lake Kerr and fresh water spring fed lake. and the home is on a dead end so it is a quiet street in the small quaint town of Salt Springs. Our property is located on a spacious 3/4 acre lot each cottage has its own private patio, grill and fire pit. The Deck is where you can relax and enjoy your afternoon on our comfortable outdoor couches and view the sun sets. You will feel safe and secure with our property location and the black topped driveway allows for you can park all of your toys (boats, RVs, campers, motorcycles, ATVs, etc.). If you're feeling adventurous, you can drive your ATV to local nature trails in the beautiful Ocala National Forest. The house is right on the Lake. can't say it enough and a quick 5 minute boat ride to the Huffman's Island where locals all gather for the beautiful sand bottom beach on this private lake. Its a 5 minute car ride to the Salt Springs boat launch called and the tranquil waters of the local salt springs. Both of our two bedroom, or one bedroom cottages are newly updated with comfortable living room furniture, beds, and cozy linens. You can enjoy wireless internet access (login information in the living room) throughout the home. Feel free to cozy up on the couch and use our Smart TV for all your streaming services and local cable stations. All of the appliances in our spacious open concept kitchen were upgraded this year. Enjoy making a meal with our provided dishes, silverware, pots and pans and coffee pot. Other things to note The property is easily accessible off route 314 in Salt Springs Fl, and has paved driveway for easy parking. The unit is a ONE Floor cottage - with minimum steps around property. right on Lake Kerr. Sunsets are extreme. Perfect getaway for groups of friends or family with additional cottage and RV site.
