Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The space Cozy little Duplex on corner lot. Two bedrooms one bath on corner lot. Kitchen supplied with basic necessities and with washer and dryer available for use. Tv in living room with Roku to watch tv on. Full size bathroom with shower and tub. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and livingroom. This side that is available to you is side B. It is in the east side of the building and has a keypad entry. Guest access You will have all of side B duplex to your self. You will be able to gain access with a code that will be provided to you on the day of check in. FYI, the front door has a secure switch on the inside. Yes this can prevent people from using a code/finger print to come in while you are inside, BUT……….If you put it into secure mode you will lock yourself out if you go outside without switching it back. The code you were given WILL NOT work when this is in secure mode. Someone will have to come by and let you in the side door with a key. If this happens I can’t guarantee that I can get there within any certain timeframe. So you may end up having to wait a while. Please don’t switch to secure mode unless you know you will remember to switch it back before you leave. Only the necessary people have permanent codes or finger print entry. Those same people are the ones that have access to the side door to let you in. In addition, as a precaution, all the codes our guests received expire at the time of their check out. Other things to note Will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, one paper towel roll and some Dish soap for stay. If you run out while visiting you must provide your own. Washer and dryer are located on the premises if you need to wash towels or sheets during your stay. Extra blankets are located in the main bedroom closet along with a portable fan. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Check in time is at 4pm. If you need to check in earlier please reach out to me. I will see if I can accommodate you. Service animals are always welcome with no charge. Documentation must be provided to prove service animal status. Maximum of 2 small dogs are welcome under 25lbs. An additional fee of $250 per stay will be charged to anyone who brings a non service animal. This fee may be charged separately from the main bill.
