This unit combines the Cherry Nirvana Suite and the Utopian Groove Studio Suite into a whole house rental, with internal access between the two. - NO CLEANING FEES** - Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval and refundable deposit (and are only permitted in the downstairs apartment) The space The whole house has two available entrances, one from the front porch which can be accessed by a ramp (this ramp does not meet ADA requirements), or through the rear door. There is a door between the units which will be unlocked and open for your stay (if it is not, please reach out to your host). The front entrance access the downstairs unit, which features a variable living room. The room is set up for dining and seating for several individuals, but can be shifted to accommodate additional tables and chairs (provided) to comfortably seat approximately 15. There is a larger kitchen, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen murphy bed and accesses the downstairs bathroom. The second bedroom includes a twin bunk bed. The second floor features another kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and bunk bed) as well as the bathroom and access to the attic living space. The attic features a queen bed as well as a full sofa bed, toys and games for children and a large TV.
