(Note: 2 friendly indoor cats live here not allowed in anyroom/bathroom) Please note that the bathroom is perfectly clean & updated recently. This is a 1 Guest only stay. No other guests allowed. The space Private BdRoom w/Fancy Vanity located in safe Hudson Valley In town of Wappingers Falls NY. commuter location in townhome. The home is in private quiet complex off main route. Is centrally located for local & commuter travel! Metro north is less than a 10 minute drive (2 stations nearby) Stewart Airport is only 25 minutes away! Uber is available here. Perfect stay for someone who is traveling or working & needing a space to eat, (there is a small table in the guest room to eat for your privacy) sleep, & shower & is mostly on the go! Comfy Twin Bed with new linens-Room has Double closet with shelves & 32 inch Smart TV to connect to your own channels(Netflix, Hulu,Amazon, etc) curtains for complete privacy, AC -hardwood floors-Shower Towels/linens provided. Kitchen stove is closed at 8:00PM- Use of toaster/microwave up to 9:00PM Host prefers stove top guest cooking while host is not home. Host is on go often. NOTE: most of my reviews are very good. One is not. I explained explicitly to this guest that I would be away day before & I may need to tidy up upon check in & if this was ok I would accommodate. There is no rip in the mattress & my house is always neat & clean at very least. I had told this guest upon booking I did not feel it was the right stay for her & to read the listing 100%. She caused me a hugh loss & was expecting luxury. I apologize to how this may make a guest searching question the stay. Door MUST remain closed for your guest privacy at all times Front & Back door must always be locked when exiting home - tidiness & cleaning after your cooking must be completed. Very relaxed environment- Host is on the go often & is friendly, accommodating. Guest access Secluded private complex with free parking Wifi Smart TV Washer & Dryer on premise (Use allowed Monday-Friday from 830am-730PM or work out other time with Host Directly) Sunday the kitchen is open from 11:00AM to 4:30 PM for any stove top or oven cooking. (if needed outside of hours please work out with host) Use of kitchen up to 830PM (for cooking) stove, Keurig, toaster/convection oven/(until 10 PM) fridge/freezer- outside back patio During your stay Txt or phone Im never too far to reach - Very responsive- want guests to feel welcome. I also prefer to give guest their privacy I'm certainly friendly but I tend to stay to myself when home.
