Please note: AirBnB lists this as 4 beds. It is 2 beds, a queen in bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Ideal for 2 adults and children, cramped for 4 adults. Private bed & bath, kitchenette, den w/TV, pull out sofa bed,microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig, furnished screened in porch in summer. Private entrance. The space is an in-law suite with its own entrance. We do not come through when you are here, but sometimes, to go to the laundry room in the basement. The space The space is on the ground floor, originally an In-law suite. There is a wet bar, kitchenette, modern bathroom and screened in porch with private back yard. Our family lives in the upper part of the house. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with gel topped mattress, sofa bed in den. All amenities are available ( sheets, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towels etc) While you are here we try not to bother you, but we occasionally knock to use the laundry room in the basement. The porch has the furniture out only in the summer months. The rest of the year it is empty, however you are welcome to use it. Guest access Self check in through the garage. Park all the way at the top of the driveway past garage. Street parking is not permitted after 1am. Other things to note This is a very safe, old, private, quiet, suburban single family home neighborhood, lots of children and dogs. We have an excellent trail system for walking. There is no public transportation, however the train is 1 mile from our house and takes you into center city Philadelphia.
