The space This quiet 2 BR unit in a private duplex is fully furnished with all amenities so you can feel right at home, and sink into your vacation. We use eco-friendly cleaning products and the kitchen is stocked with all the essential kitchenware as well as high quality basic condiments you may find helpful. Unit has a laundry room with washer, dryer and detergent, and a private fenced yard and porch. Wifi and Smart TV to stream all your favorite content. * fenced side yard and porch are accessed from front door. There is no central A/C but portable air conditioner in living room and main bedroom keeps house very cool. Southern Oregon has very cool nights all summer long, and the roof is shaded so by following a couple tricks the entire unit stays quite comfortable during summer by opening windows at night and closing windows and curtains during day. Guest access Entire unit and yard. Other things to note 1 dog only unless special permission given. Pet fee $100 per dog, ( or $20/ day for short stays). No pets on furniture, no animals to be left unattended & barking . Guests responsible for extra cleaning fees for excess per hair or odors. No cats permitted. Early check in or late check out usually available for a small fee, additionally if the unit is ready early we will send you a message so you may enjoy a complimentary early check in.
