We invite you to our little piece of mountain serenity close to The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, the town of Wellsboro and The Finger Lakes! Nestled on 25 acres of diverse wildlife, enjoy private trails for hiking, rolling mountains and beautiful sunset views from the front porch! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or endless outdoor activities with family and friends, this 3 bedroom home is the perfect stay for you! The space Enjoy a newly remodeled and fully furnished vacation home featuring an open floor plan! This space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large family room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and direct access to a front and back porch. Additional seating in the family room at a hightop bar table with stools. New mattresses and bedding with linens have been provided in all 3 bedrooms! The master bedroom consists of a queen size bed and walk-in closet with 2 additional single beds for further sleeping arrangements. The adjacent master bath features a whirlpool jacuzzi and separate stand up shower. Located on the opposite end of the house are the two additional bedrooms which share a full bath. One room has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen bed- both with walk-in closets. Washer and dryer provided. Towels provided. Local TV provided in the family room. For outside entertainment, the front porch has a gas grill and patio set with incredible Mountain View’s. Finish your day by relaxing under the stars and roasting s’mores by a stone fire pit! Firewood will be provided. Have ATVs, snowmobiles or a boat? We’re centrally located near three 10 mile motor boating lakes, 3 electric motor lakes and 2 miles away from the PA State forest trail system for ATVs/ snowmobiles/biking. Enjoy hiking? Put on your boots and walk right out back to your own private hiking paths!(NOTE: During Hunting Season starting October to January DO NOT walk the trails! ) Also nearby access to state game lands for hunting, fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, swimming and more! Guest access You will have access to all areas of the vacation home except our home which is the log cabin/barns/garages you pass on your way up the driveway. Keep going and you will reach your vacation home at the top of the mountain! If you are renting during Hunting Season, October 3, 2021 through to January 30, 2021, please DO NOT go on the hiking trails in the back yard. Other things to note Pets: Dogs by request only. Daily fee of $20 a day per dog. If you bring a Pet without requesting and receiving a confirmation from us, you will be charged $40.0 day per dog. These fees will be requested at checkin. Newly enacted: Cleaning Fee increased to comply with CDC guidelines and cleaning protocol to protect our home and keep our guests safe! During the winter season, guests will need FWD/AWD to get up our drive way.
