We are centrally located, facing Blue Mountain just a short drive to cane bay. Our property is 1.5 acres of fruit trees, palms & tropical flowers. We have 3 chickens (no roosters) a cat & three sweet dogs roaming around our gated property (doggie treats included:) The apartment is next to our house with separate entrances, one bedroom with kitchen/living room & parking. The space Our home is tucked into a beautiful green valley with tall trees. You will be staying in our attached apartment that we have painted and decorated to have a Caribbean island feel with a touch of peacock. Go to USVI travel Portal for info on covid restrictions. Guest access Sam loves to give tours of the property, fruit trees and flowers. He has joined up with another farmer and a chocolate company to plant and produce Cacao. He also grows pineapple, summer plums, sapodillas, sugar apples, key limes and of course bananas. The side door of the apartment has a small lawn area that is yours to use alone. The front door opens to the front patio area that has a barbeque, table and chairs and a hammock. You may see Sam watering plants otherwise the area is yours alone to use. With the corona virus we will try to keep a distance for safety Other things to note We drive on the Left Side of the Road here, but often go to the right side to avoid potholes, lol. This is a no tobacco smoking property. No tobacco smoking in the apartment or anywhere on our property or in our parking lot. We welcome nicotine patches, gum or vape pens. Currently (Jan 2022) covid government guidelines require a negative covid-19 test result for all visitors upon arrival at the airport. They will not allow you to board the airplane without the negative test results. The questionaire and uploading the results prior to your trip will ease your way through the checkpoints. These days everything changes quickly, so check with me or government office before your trip.
