Must Remove your shoes in the entryway before entering the apartment. NOISE: Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am. keep the noise level down! No jumping or stomping is allowed. There is a tenant on the 1st floor apartment. *Please do not slam the front door when entering and leaving the apartment . If you are noisy during quiet hours of 10pm-9am, your reservation may be cancelled with a fair warning... PACKAGES & MAIL: Packages and mail are not permitted to be delivered or mailed to this Airbnb. HARSH STAINS : Must CLEAN any harsh stains during your stay. Harsh stains can come from makeup, tanning sprays, liquids or dropping food on the couch, rug, sheets or linen. (CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS ARE BELOW) or please contact me and I can have a cleaner clean the stain. (You will be charged for any stains left untreated or for any linen that has to be replaced). LUGGAGE: DO not drag or place any luggage against the walls. This will cause marks or scrapes and will damage the white walls. NO PET POLICY: No pets are allowed. GUESTS & VISITORS: Maximum occupancy inside the apartment (2). NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: We strictly prohibit social gatherings of any size, visits from friends/family that are not listed on the reservation. It’s a small apartment! SMOKING: No smoking policy inside the apartment. Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside. SEWER (Toilet/sink): Only flush toilet tissue. We have sensitive plumbing! DO NOT flush any other items down the toilet. WINDOWS: Close windows when you leave the apartment. It may rain and it will damage the carpet. Turn OFF appliances when leaving the apartment, that includes: ✔ Faucet in kitchen and bathroom ✔ Air conditioner ✔ Fan ✔ Lights ✔ Microwave ✔ Stove ✔ Iron ✔ Television *CLEAN during your stay. ( Put away clean dishes, remove trash in kitchen and bathroom, clean stains in the bathroom and kitchen. Sweep kitchen & bathroom floor, straighten up the living room and bedroom.) GARBAGE & RECYCLING: Place garbage inside the bins that are in the driveway. WE DO NOT HAVE DUMPSTERS. Therefore; trash needs to be placed inside plastic bags before you throw trash inside the outdoor bins. CHECK OUT Instructions: TIDY AND CLEAN the apartment.( Put away clean dishes, remove trash in kitchen and bathroom, clean stains in the bathroom and kitchen. Sweep kitchen & bathroom floor, straighten up the living room and bedroom.) Lock the front door... LATE CHECK OUT: If approved, additional $50 per hour. EARLY CHECK IN: (NOT AVAILABLE) To maintain cleanliness in the apartment, early check in is not available. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR STAIN REMOVAL: Rug/ sheets/ linen/ towels: Clean using the hydrogen peroxide (in the kitchen cabinet) let the peroxide sit for 2-5 minutes. Then blot and softly scrub with a little dish soap and warm water until stain is removed. Clean with the white rag that’s in the bucket under the sink. Couch: Clean with warm water and a little dish soap. Clean with the blue or white rag that’s located in the bucket under the sink.
