The space Our resort is right on the main road in downtown Rose City next to the city park and walking distance to restaurants. There are two wineries in town and close to Rifle River State Park and the Huron National Forest for kayaking and tubing on the au sauble. Guest access You have access to the entire property including 17 acres of trails. When you rent the resort there are no other guests at the property. Perfect for a private get away with friends and family. Two creeks run through the property and offer lovely views and sounds. Any guests over 17 there are an additional fee, please communicate the correct number when making reservations. Parties or events have an additional fee. We love ATV’s but trails are for hiking only. Please park all vehicles is parking area. Feel free to bring ATVs to explore all the trails in the area, just keep in parking area. Other things to note This listing is for 17 guests.
