This is a very nice, private, large separate room with 2 queen size beds and a futon couch/ bed. It has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. It is in a separate building next to our large guest house. We live on the same ranch in another house. This is a large equestrian ranch just 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles and is surrounded by winery’s. The space This is a nice quiet place on a large ranch. We take pride in making sure it is kept extra clean and nice! You are welcome to walk around to visit the horses or even ride your bicycles on the many trails we have around the ranch and along the Salinas River. I can give you a golf cart tour around the ranch if you ask me. Guest access There is room to park right in front of this studio. This studio is number 2 Twin Rivers Ranch has 500 acres for you to explore. There are many hiking and biking trails so bring you boots and bicycles! During your stay We live in another house on this ranch are are usually here to greet you and answer any questions. Other things to note This private studio is near our large 4 bedroom guest house, which is also listed on Airbnb. Ask me about a golf cart tour around the ranch to see the horses and river ( the Salinas river usually runs Dec - May )
