Relax with the whole family at our peaceful lake getaway! Our condo is a first floor, end unit with a gentle slope down to the lake, docks and a beach. Renovated in 2023, we added special touches to make you feel at home. Brand new beds, sofas, linens, appliances, LVP flooring throughout, whole house air purifier, down free bedding, multiple pillow choices, fully stocked kitchen, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, games and so much more! This is our little getaway that we’d love to share with you! The space The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed which are on opposite ends of the condo, both with their own private bathrooms and generous sized closets. The primary bedroom has direct access to a private screened in porch. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all one large space that open up to a private patio with access to a screened in porch, all with beautiful lake sunrise views. High speed internet, cable including YouTube TV, Starz, Netflix, Max & Paramount Plus. For additional children we also have 2 blow up twin beds with linens and a port-a-crib with mattress, we also have a large pop-up playpen. We didn't forget your dog either, we have a both a medium and large dog crate as well as dog bed and blanket. All linens, towels, beach towels, dog towels are provided! No bathing products are provided, as guests generally prefer their own, but we have hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. * There is a beach area for swimming, fishing, cookouts & courtesy docks just down the walkway from the condo. Also, we are on the perfect no wake cove for using the kayaks or paddleboards included with your stay! * The outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, fitness center, play area, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts are a short 5-minute walk away. * There is another outdoor pool, spa, Starbucks, The Landing Restaurant & boat rental a 3-minute car ride away (or a 10-minute easy walk). * The clubhouse (Bruno's Restaurant) and 1st Tee for golfing is a short 3-minute car ride away. * Beautiful rolling hills on the 18-hole golf course is certainly fun and challenging for some. Guest access You will be able to access all of the condo except for 1 of the closets in the primary bedroom and a storage closet off of the screened in porch. Other things to note You will want to enjoy all of the amenities Mariners Landing has to offer, which is included with your reservation: + multiple lake beaches + 2 outdoor pools + fitness area + pickle ball + tennis courts + basketball court + indoor pool and spa + 2 paddle boards + 2 kayaks + fishing piers + boat docks + walking paths For the golfers, the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones designed golf course is beautifully maintained, and you will get 15% off green fees. If you are bringing a boat there are additional fees from Mariners Landing for trailer parking and dock fees, $50 the first night & $25 each additional night. Once you have booked a stay you will need to provide your email address to receive a mobile key for your amenities. There will also be a link included to register your boat if necessary. You can also rent a boat or jet ski in advance from the Bridgewater Marina near the pool at the Pointe at Mariners Landing. There are also 2 restaurants, a Starbucks, a market and other amenities available within easy walking distance of the condo. Please bring your personal bathing products as we do not provide any of those. There is handsoap, dishsoap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs.
