Tucked away in a quiet cove and nestled in the trees, enjoy the home's large covered patio complete with comfy chairs, firepit, two gas grills, refrigerator and outdoor dining area. Challenge your friends to a game of darts, horseshoes or yard darts! Plenty of indoor/outdoor games and puzzles to keep a smile on everyone's face! The space This two-story, three bedroom, two bath home will comfortably sleep 10 people. A large beautiful suite awaits on the second floor with a king-size bed and on-suite bathroom. You’ll love pampering yourself as you sink into a hot bubble bath in the claw-foot tub in the spacious bathroom with separate vanities and walk-in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the on-suite's private balcony overlooking the lake. Beautiful built-ins abound in this lovely space which also provides a quiet, dedicated work area. This bedroom also has a sofa sleeper. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom downstairs. One of the bedrooms has two beds, one queen and one full size. It is surrounded by windows with access to the covered deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with built-ins for clothing storage. The family room has a magnificent picture window overlooking the lake. Guests love how bright and cheerful the house is. The sofa in the family room is also equipped with a queen-size bed. A fully equipped kitchen awaits the cook. The coffee pot is a Keurig Duo, which makes a pot ,or use a K-cup to make a cup of coffee. The dining table will seat 8 and the island will seat 5. Plenty of space to dine outdoors as well. Make some time to enjoy the sunsets. We have some of the most beautiful sunsets! Guest access Guests will have full access to the home. While the house sleeps 10 guests, we allow for four additional daytime visitors to visit. Any additional daytime visitors exceeding 4 will need to be approved ahead of time. Guests must be present on the property with visitors. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by visitors. We appreciate your respect of this rule as this house is equipped with a septic tank and large gatherings are discouraged. Other things to note The property is not childproof and small children will need to be supervised to prevent injury. The back of the property is terraced and not safe for unaccompanied small children. The house is in a rural setting so keep in mind you may encounter wild animals such as deer, foxes, racoons, armadillos and snakes. There are kayaks and a paddle boat available to rent for $25.00 per day. Guests are responsible for returning the kayaks and paddle boat in the same condition in which they were received. We also have some life jackets available upon request and depending on size.
