This centrally located Downtown Loft is a unique place to enjoy Glens Falls, Saratoga and Lake George. Just steps from restaurants, theaters, museums and nightlife, there really isn’t a better location to explore the north country. It is truly an amazing combination of architecture and design. You will love this New York City style loft. The space The property is designed for adults. The apartment in itself is very modern and has a beautiful iron spiral staircase. The main floor has a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a quick meal. In the kitchen area is a small high-top table for two and a half bath off in the corner. The living room has a smart TV and sleeper sofa. Behind the glass doors is another sleeper sofa, smart TV and a dining table with seating for four. Up the spiral staircase in the open loft is a king-sized bed with a smart TV. Across the balcony is where the other toilet and only shower is located. There is a room divider to provide privacy. ONE Private parking spot available in the shared lot. It’s clearly labeled 12 for our guests. We do not allow pets of any kind at this apartment. Guest access The entire apartment. One parking spot in a shared lot.
