There is no air-conditioning and no TV. There is internet for convenient streaming of entertainment via your own device(s). For summer guests, it rarely gets very hot here. But, if so, I have tips I can provide to help you keep the cabin cool. The cabin is very well insulated. There are four portable fans and a ceiling fan. Though you have the entire cabin to yourself, recently, a caretaker's tiny cabin was added where I sometimes stay to manage the property, even when guests are in the main cabin. When guests are staying, when in the area, I arrive at the tiny cabin about 7pm and leave about 7:30am every day. I travel for work so may or may not be staying in the tiny cabin upon your stay. I can let you know if I am or not at your inquiry. You'll know I'm there by my bright blue SUV. See exterior photos. Other things to note This is the only property I manage. I still work full-time. On occasion, property maintenance requires my attention even when guests are on-site. Notably, mowing and garbage management. I will communicate with you if I need to come close to the main cabin to mow and or deal with the garbage/recycling and hopefully be able to come when you are off-site.
