Within walking distance of The Dixie Performing Arts Center, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and more! You’re sure to love everything you find in our town! The space Flair BNB is located on the historic court square in downtown Huntingdon, TN. The apartment is located above a long term rental space but is completely private with its own entrance. The main bedroom includes a king size bed with shower and bathroom attached. The second bedroom includes a twin size bed, best suited for a child. Half bath is located outside second bedroom. Free parking on the street. Must climb stairs to enter. Parking is not permitted in the gravel lot next to the building (signs posted no parking). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment located above retail space. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs to enter. Toilet room is separate from shower room. (Strange layout to some I know, but I didn’t build the building, I just own it.) Twin bed was added to the game room as a perfect spot for a child to sleep- please note this is a TWIN bed and this is not a bedroom as it does not have a door. This apartment is best suited for two adults max. The building is cooled with window AC units and heated with baseboard heaters. The windows do have curtains but do not have blinds as we personally love the views from the large open windows. This building was built in 1930 and has historic charm and age but is well kept and maintained. We provide a set of “starter” supplies. 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and a few K cups- if you should need more essentials, Walmart and Dollar General are a short couple of miles away.
