The space Stairs will lead you to the entrance of the first level of the cabin. The first floor features an open kitchen and living room, a full bath, and a master king-size bedroom. Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find another full bedroom with a queen-size bed, a half bath, and a third sleeping area located in a loft, or what we like to call the "nest," which is accessible using a built-in, three-step ladder. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces inside the cabin and access to the outdoor pavilion, dock, and fire pit during their stay. Please do not trespass on neighbors' camp sites or park in their spaces. Other things to note Historic Alderson is the definition of small town living! Featuring a historic bridge and several locally-owned shops, the town is a great place to walk around and explore! For lighter shopping needs, Alderson has a Dollar General, a Family Dollar, a small pharmacy, and gas/convenience store locations. For dining-out options, Alderson also has two nearby restaurants. For a broader array of different shopping and dining experiences, visit nearby Lewisburg at about a 30 minute drive away. In 2011, Lewisburg was ranked America's "coolest small town" in an online poll put on by Budget Travel magazine.
