**This room is for 4 in total, including children** Private, gated, and quiet 2 acre property located in the valley of Destino. Easily accessible by car as we are located right off the main road 997. We are a 2 minute drive to The WildLife Preserve (where many beaches are located), less than 5 minutes from Isabel Segunda, and less than 10 minutes from Esperanza. Having transportation is essential. You can access by publicos, but you will be restricting yourself to their time of availability. The space This is our 2 bedroom suite. The main room includes the entrance into the room, a king size bed, access to the private patio and where both the shower and bathroom are located. The additional bedroom is off of this main room and has a full size bed. The shower is in it's own private room and the toilet/sink are in another private room (all off of the king bedroom). If someone is sleeping in the full bed and needs to use the bathroom, they would have to access the space where the king bed is located. There is a door that separates the king bedroom to the full bedroom. Additional amenities include: ceiling fan, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, TV with cable, local artisanal Puerto Rican coffee, coffee maker with cups (coffee creamer & sugar too), all bed linens, all bathroom towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and UPON REQUEST beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella. Kitchen area is shared with the other rooms and a full refrigerator is located in our "Sunroom." Please note there are cats and peafowl on the property. Guest access We have a parking space for each room. The lot isn't a great size, so please, drive on the grass. Other things to note Transportation is essential. We are not a walking distance location. We will immediately send you rental company information upon booking. Please note, we also send publico/taxi information as well.
