Enjoy our spacious, newly renovated, lakeside home. Our 9-occupant house allows you to relax with the entire family. Located on Long Lake in the heart of the St John Valley, you can relax to the sound of loons or watch the snow fall. Boat landing 100 yards away, directly on the ATV/Snowmobile trails. We also offer an array of concierge services. We are flexible to any requests and hope to be as accommodating as possible, message us if you have a special request for your booking! The space Located in the heart of the St John Valley on Long Lake is our cozy home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. The space has parking to the left, right, and front of the house. It is grass but please park there anyway! There is an open fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living room has a Roku smart tv, couch, and games/books/magazines. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house. The kitchen has a microwave, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, fridge/freezer combo and is stocked to serve up to 12 guests. It comes with a full set of dishware, as well as glasses of all kinds. It also has a full complement of cooking pots and pans to make it fun for the whole gang to dish up a great meal. There is also a large crockpot available. We start every rental off with coffee, powdered creamer and sugar. There is also an array of spices, cooking spray, and tinfoil. New 4 burner gas grill with utensils and 4-person patio table with umbrella located on the back porch. Our cozy home sleeps up to 9 people. One bedroom with queen bed and the bathroom located on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and washer/dryer. The hot water is on demand and there is a brand-new water filtration system. 2 large bedrooms are located on the second floor. Upstairs the first bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is a linen closet in the bathroom with extra sheets, blankets, and fans. There is one AC downstairs and one upstairs. There is a generous size deck and backyard. There is a new fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Direct snowmobile trail and ATV access. Our waterfront is a work in progress! Currently, water access on the property is for canoes/kayaks. We provide 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets. The water is about 3ish feet with a moderately muddy/murky bottom due to the current of the water. You must walk past the cattails to access the water. We swim at the property next door with water shoes, but we know that this is not for everyone. For deep, easy swimming, we walk to the boat landing just down the road! There is also a bridge where the local's fish from. You can walk out quite a bit on our waterfront before it drops off to 6-8 feet. There is plenty of wildlife, ducks, geese, loons, otters, and beavers. The Public boat landing is a close 100 yards down the road. *No pets due to insurance purposes, no exceptions* We are pleased to also offer extra 'add on' services to enhance your stay. They include the following: *A Personal Shopping Service who will stock the kitchen and bar for you to your specifications prior to your arrival so all you have to do is walk in the door and let the fun begin! *A Local Chef who can provide baked goods and prepped meals for less cooking and stress! * A Certified Nurse Injector who can bring Botox and Dermal Filler directly to you for all your medical aesthetic needs! * Housekeeping service for those looking to freshen up the area during a long stay, quick cleans and deep cleans available. *All services listed above will be provided for an additional cash fee. *Please give 24 hours' notice for any of the services offered above. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for the basement. Other things to note We are located next to the fire station. Please do not park on the tar of the Fire Station driveway. Guests will be towed at their own expense.
