The space Inside the open-concept living area of this 1580 square foot home, the kitchen, dining room and living room are filled with natural light and a serene view of the backyard fire pit and lakefront. The main bedroom with a king bed includes an attached full bath, while across the living area are two more bedrooms with full beds and a full bath in the shared hall. A sunroom with a desk and cozy reading area is situated with a view of the front yard. The kitchen is fully-stocked with almost any wares you may need, basic cooking spices &, coffee pot, dishwasher, laundry, and everything you need for a comfortable woodland getaway. Pick up some bait and use our complimentary fishing gear and catch a sunfish or pike, take a spin on the his-and-hers Schwinn cruiser bikes, or pull up a seat around a fire pit in the backyard or dock and gaze at the night sky. The attached garage and shed are locked for the host’s personal belongings. There is one locked closet in the third bedroom as well. Other things to note *You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property *One bed is a twin trundle below the full-size daybed, so it’s best suited for someone who doesn’t mind sleeping low to the ground! *Use of kayak and dock at own risk, always use provided life jackets. No swimming - lakeshore is marshy *This is a non-smoking property and no parties are permitted. A fine of $250 deep-cleaning fee will be assessed if guests are in violation of this policy. *Trout Lake is a railroad town, so you will hear occasional trains across the lake. *Spring and early summer can be mosquito-heavy depending on the amount of rain. Be sure to pack bug spray! *We love dogs! Up to 2 are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Dogs must be leashed at all times, no exceptions, for the safety of guests and neighbors. If your furry friend is joining you, please be sure to clean up after them and dispose of waste in the trash can outside. Cleaning products are provided if accidents occur. Failure to clean up animal waste in the yard or messes inside the home will result in a $150 fine.
