New oceanfront condo on second floor level on the Malecon in town. Sleeps a maximum of six persons (no exceptions). It has 2 bedrooms (each with one queen-size bed), a futon in living area, 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a fully furnished kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & blender, pots & pans, silverware & utensils). Individual Wifi and excellent cell phone signal. There is a small pool located at the back of the condo building. The space The condo has a beach in front of the building, for the use of guests and owners staying there. If you need loungers and/or umbrellas for the beach they are available at request from Sulumar Restaurant next door. Look for Diego, the assistance guy at the condo, to help you with this. Cell phone service is limited to Telcel (and maybe Movistar), however you can use apps for calling and texting using WiFi without any trouble. Other things to note There could be some noise, because of a diving shop downstairs. This is a pet friendly property, only for little dogs, and they have to go with guest if they go out (can’t leave the dog alone). Guests must turn off lights and air conditioning when going out of condo.
