Discover your perfect getaway at our lakefront house in Vermont's lake region. Ideal for couples or small families, it offers stunning views of Echo Lake from every room. The house spans three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Relax on the screened-in porch equipped with a BBQ. Set on over 2 acres of private land, you’ll experience privacy and serenity. Whether you wish to unwind by the lake or explore Vermont, our retreat is the ideal destination for a memorable vacation. The space Our Lake House offers an unmatched blend of natural beauty and modern comforts for an unforgettable stay. Spanning three levels, the property features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The top floor houses two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and large windows framing breathtaking lake views. The middle floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and an open floor plan with a dining room, living room, and a full bathroom. Enjoy a variety of books and games from our bookshelf. A standout feature is the screened-in porch adjacent to the kitchen, which offers stunning lake views and is a perfect spot for morning coffee, dinners, or evening relaxation. The lower floor hosts an additional bathroom, a fold-out couch, a TV, and a gas fireplace, along with a workspace with a desk. This level opens to an outdoor area with a picnic table, fire pit, and incredible lake views. The expansive lake is a tranquil haven for swimming, shared with small boats such as kayaks and canoes. The absence of speed boats and jet skis ensures a serene, undisturbed lake experience, unlike other lakes in the area. The southern side of the lake, toward Route 30, is shallower with clear water, while the natural spring feeding the lake is on the northern side. Guest access Guests can access the entire property, including all 54 acres of Echo Lake. 🔥 The backyard includes the fire pit, picnic table, and a switchback path that slopes downhill towards the lake shore. 🛶 Down by the lake, guests can use the dock, where a canoe, kayak, and paddle board are available (seasonally). A floating dock is anchored about 25 yards from shore for fishing and swimming. Not available during the winter months. 🍀 The front yard looks upon the meadow and sees plentiful afternoon sunlight. 🏸 Guests can enjoy the badminton net and chairs on the lawn. Other things to note ⚠️ Although there are no neighbors, we kindly ask guests to moderate their noise levels. Interestingly, Echo Lake lives up to its name by amplifying sound around the lake. 🐢 If you want to see wildlife in and around the lake, please stay at an appropriate distance and limit noise. Touching or feeding any wildlife is not allowed under Vermont law. 📱 Cell coverage is less reliable in Vermont. High-speed wifi is available throughout the lake house and reaches through parts of the yard. 🐟 The dock and floating dock are seasonally available. Registration number MRT-10126712
