Welcome to our cute cottage, just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful small community lakefront. The house is comfortable and rustic and the community is friendly and picturesque. There is a wood stove and an outdoor fire pit. This place feels like a summer camp, with amazing neighbors and an inn/tavern/restaurant just steps away. Our private mini-golf course and the adjacent playground is also yours to share with our other cabin. The space The lake is clean and serene, with a little island in the middle. The mini-golf course is amazing. The walk to the lake is a very short and somewhat steep path through the woods. There are a couple of freestanding vented AC units, baseboard heat, and a Fisher wood stove for temperature control. The internet is good but phone service is hit or miss. You will have no phone service for 20 minutes before approaching the property, so make sure you have the directions on hand. There is a dresser in the master bedroom on the main floor, with a full bath adjacent. Upstairs there is a loft with two twin beds, a half-bath, and a separate queen bedroom with a closet. The tavern can sometimes get a little loud on weekend nights but closing the windows takes care of it. Let us know if you have any questions! Guest access You will have access to the beach front, playground, fire pit, mini-golf course and chalet. Other things to note Pet fee of $150 per pet will be added onto your stay. Please let us know the sizes and breeds, as well as any relevant information. If you have entered your accurate guest count that will already include all guest fees, but if you add guests after the fact they will cost an additional fee.
