Beautiful renovated first floor of this three story home in the walkable historic neighborhood of Volker. The home was completely renovated with clean modern finishes, including a large kitchen with a full laundry. The living space is large and the bedroom hosts a comfortable king sized bed, dresser, closet, and en suite bathroom.
 We love your furry friends, but in most cases we only allow one and the fee only covers the first month, after that we can work with you on a fair price. Guest access Guests will have private access to the front porch and full first floor, including full laundry, full bathroom, large living spaces, and king sized bedroom. The backyard is fully fenced and is shared with upstairs guests. Other things to note Pets are allowed but the fee is $200 a month per pet. There is a second unit with its own private entrance, laundry, ect that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is also only 30 day plus guests. Alterations mid stay may result in a full to half of the remaining rental fee, but if you need a flexible accommodation schedule, let us know when you book and we’ll always work with you.
