Situated on the second floor of a charming farmhouse, this apartment boasts beautiful views of the surrounding horse properties. You're also not far from Midway University, Georgetown College, UK, Kentucky State, and Transylvania University. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, living room and shared laundry. The space Guests will walk into an airy space with a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has a couch that converts into a queen-sized bed. Guest access Guests will have driveway access to park their vehicles in front of a railroad tie. Entrance to the unit is the first door closest to the garage. Guests will walk up the stairs and turn left for the 2-bedroom unit. There is a shared laundry room in the hallway. *The parking is used by both units and owners. The entrance, staircase, hall and laundry are used by both units. Other things to note Guest Advisory: Please do not bring more than four (4) guests into the AirBnB. Our property uses septic and cannot handle more than 4 guests at a time. If you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged the additional guest fee of $100/guest/night. Keep in mind, we live on the property and will monitor this.
