Whether you want an adventurous getaway kayaking, paddle boarding and more or just a quiet time away from the busyness of life, this is the perfect place for you! Main bedroom has a queen size bed with a lake view and loft has a futon mattress. Living room has a smart TV and an electric fire place. Free use of SUP board and free access to public boat ramp. ( 2 min away) The space The tiny home is on same property as main house ( which is also an Airbnb) but it has it’s own parking, private entrance and is completely enclosed and fenced in for privacy. Outdoor space has fire pit , a grill and sitting area for those nights under the stars. Main bedroom has a queen bed with lake view and there is a loft with a double futon mattress. Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker, ( k-cups provided) refrigerator, precision induction cooktop and a microwave. Living room has a sofa, smart TV and electric fireplace. ***Please note steps for main bedroom are steeper than average so it may not be suited for elderly people or young children. Guest access Entire space Other things to note There is no direct access to a private dock or the lake from the house . We kindly ask you respect our neighbors and don’t walk or roam around other properties . Access to public dock and boat ramp is a 2 min drive ( 10 min walk) from the house. Also, the walk from the gate to the house is a bit steep and so are the stairs to the bedroom area. ( shown in pictures ) Not ideal for elderly people or young children . *Grill is provided but propane tank could be running low ( depending on guest usage) You might want to bring your own tank to avoid running out. ** Fire pit does not include burning wood
