Guest access Kayaks (2), paddle boat, small 2 seater boat with trolling motor, patio furniture with outdoor fire pit and barbecue and smoker are available seasonally. Estimated availability May 1 through October 31. Other things to note Cottage is located on a private road and down a somewhat steep driveway. Road is maintained privately not by road commission. In winter months all wheel or four wheel drive is strongly recommended as owner can't guarantee road in and out to be plowed. Also note this is a cottage some amenities such as Kayaks, outdoor furniture and barbecues are limited to seasonal availability.
